ラブアンバジョにはチップ文化がありますか？
ラブアンバジョ（インドネシア）では、一般的にはチップ文化はそれほど強く根付いていませんが、観光業が盛んなエリアではチップが慣習的に行われることがあります。特にホテルのポーターやツアーガイド、ドライバーに対して、良いサービスを受けた場合にチップを渡すことがよくあります。
チップの金額はそれほど高くなく、例えば、ガイドやドライバーには50,000〜100,000ルピア（約300〜700円）程度が一般的です。レストランではサービス料が含まれていることが多いため、追加でチップを渡す必要はあまりありません。
ただし、良いサービスを受けた場合に限り、チップを渡せば問題ありません。

ご集合の際は、ウォーキングシューズと水着を着用のうえお越しください。また、日焼け止め、虫よけスプレー、長袖・長ズボン、着替え、タオルは必ずご持参ください。大自然の絶景が満載のツアーですので、写真をたくさん撮るために、カメラや携帯電話をお持ちいただくこともおすすめです。

ツアー中によくいただくご質問として、ピンクビーチでの砂やサンゴの持ち帰りについてあります。コモド国立公園では、物の持ち帰りは一切禁止されています。また、ダイビングツアー中にサンゴに触れる行為も禁止されておりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Do I need a medical history certificate to take part in a diving tour?
If you are currently in hospital or have a pre-existing medical condition, a doctor's certificate is always required in advance.
A health certificate issued within the past year is required. Please present this to staff on the day of the tour.
Valuables
Can I leave valuables with you during the tour?
Sorry, we are unable to store valuables during the tour. Please use the hotel's safety deposit box or other safe deposit boxes beforehand.
General tours
When will we know if the tour is cancelled?
The local coastguard will decide whether or not the vessel will be able to set sail on the day of the tour. If the tour is cancelled, the customer's contact details provided in advance will be contacted. Please understand this in advance.

Are there age or other restrictions on taking part in a diving tour?
For safety reasons, we request that those who are unsure about their fitness or skills, or Jr divers under the age of 15 with depth restrictions, participate with a private guide. For a private guide, please select 'Private Guide' on the option selection screen when you apply for a regular tour.

Can I join a dive even though it was 18 months before my last dive?
If it has been more than a year since your last dive, please join a refresher course for safety reasons. Please add 'Refresher Course' as an option when you apply for a diving tour.

My licence is PADI Scuba Diver. Can I join a diving tour?
For safety reasons, we only accept OW divers (or equivalent) and above on our regular diving tours. Scuba divers have a depth limit of 12 metres and cannot join in the same group as regular tours. Please select 'Private Guide' from the option selection when applying.

There are several exchange offices and ATMs in the town centre. Credit cards are accepted in most supermarkets and restaurants.

From November, Labuan Bajo enters the rainy season. Dengue fever occurs all year round, but be aware that mosquitoes are particularly likely to breed during this hot and humid period. Please bring insect repellent and long-sleeved long trousers when visiting here.

Some restaurants and cafés in the city centre near the port are equipped with Wifi, but the speed is slower than in your country and it is not yet widespread.
